The hotel boasts modern style. the lobby offered entertainment facilities. a q park is right next to the hotel which is quite handy. the location is great. A five-minute walk leads to the shambles area. i received a complimentary drink at the bar, which i appreciated.
during my stay, i noticed that the towels had an unpleasant smell, a minor issue.

mixed feelings about my stay

the staff were friendly and helpful.
the room was too hot even with the heating turned off and the window open all night i found it impossible to get comfortable also the noise from outside made sleep difficult car alarms and people shouting were constant i think the hotel needs better insulation.

The lighting was amazing. I loved how the light came on under the bed when i was getting up. staff were friendly. i would definitely stay here again.
the air conditioning was switched off because it was winter. the room was too warm and affected my sleep. the second night i slept with the window open but was woken by noise.

The staff were lovely and helpful. they arranged a taxi for us for early in the morning. we also received a free welcome punch from the bar. It was a nice touch that added to the cute atmosphere

The lobby had a photobooth and arcade machines. my room was adequately sized and clean. i found the cocktails well-made and a reasonable price at two for £16. i appreciated the easy check-in process. They accommodated my early arrival by allowing me access to my room.
The bathroom design was poor. There was not enough space, and the placement of the toilet paper was awkward.

noisy air conditioningbusy street view
the room i got faced a busy street. this meant i had to keep the curtains shut all the time for privacy. i could hear everyone talking outside. also, the air conditioning made a really loud noise when the fan was on. it was hard to sleep because of it.
